Black Tea
The most commonly consumed in the US black tea is fully oxidized producing it’s dark color, robust taste character and caffeine content, the most of all tea categories yet still less than ½ as much as the same size cup of coffee. Research indicates that black tea aids in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

Gaining popularity due to all of the potential health benefits green teas are non oxidized keeping the leaf green, the liquor light and the taste mild. Best brewed with water under a boil for about 3 minutes green teas, brewed in this way, have the least amount of caffeine about 1/15th as much as the same size cup of coffee.

Least oxidized, green oolongs have natural floral notes. Darker oolongs have deeper color, many with fruit and chocolate tones.
